Enter your LPPEPTIDE order number or logistics tracking number to find the exact shipment record.Use the complete order number from checkout or the complete logistics tracking number assigned to the shipment.
Auto detect checks the local shipment record first. If a logistics number is not linked to an order, you can still continue with 17TRACK.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated from the delivery country and total package weight. Your checkout estimate updates when you select a country, and the final freight is confirmed from the delivery address when you place the order.

Most orders ship within one business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before the daily fulfillment cutoff are usually prepared the same business day.
Carrier tracking
Shipments may use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or another regional carrier. Select the carrier when known; otherwise Auto detect checks the order record first and offers 17TRACK when no local match is available.
Order confirmation & tracking
After your package ships, the shipping confirmation includes a logistics tracking number. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and tracking number so the fulfillment team can review the shipment.
